Scott Sanfilippo

Project Manager

Scott is an accomplished and motivated Project Manager experience in the construction industry focusing on both the construction and development of large multi-unit facilities, tenant fit-outs, and government contracting. He has a proven track record in negotiating contracts, administering multi-million dollar budgets, and ensuring schedules are organized and met effectively. Scott joins Clipper equipped with a unique perspective on the interplay between design and constructability with an education and 2+ years of experience in the architectural field.

Ruth Roberts

Administrator

Ruth Roberts is a construction management professional with a proven track record in handling contracts, accounts receivables, and ensuring compliance in insurance, bonding, and licensing. As a meticulous Administrator at Clipper Construction, Ruth demonstrates a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in crucial aspects of construction management.

Her expertise spans a wide spectrum, from overseeing the intricacies of a 300-unit multi-family housing project to managing real estate under construction and undertaking the restoration of a Baltimore City landmark in need of repair and new ownership. Ruth’s keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and adept project management skills have played a pivotal role in the success of these ventures.

Superintendent

Nick Alexis is a highly skilled and versatile construction professional with a wealth of experience in commercial construction. He started his career as a talented carpenter, and over time, grew to execute every stage of the construction process. Nick is one of Clipper Construction’s most versatile team members with expertise in many construction specializations.

Throughout his career, Nick has earned a reputation for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality. He takes pride in his work and strives to exceed expectations on every project he works on.

Gregg Nastos

Superintendent

Gregg Nastos came to Clipper Construction with in-depth experience in Class A tenant buildouts, mainly around the Washington DC Metropolitan area. He has built numerous SCIF spaces for the federal government and brings an attention to detail that ensures a high quality space that is delivered on time.

Ritchie Andrews

Superintendent

Richie is a skilled and experienced professional with a background in commercial construction. With previous experience as a commercial electrician, Richie has built on top of his experience in the Superintendent role where he oversees all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Richie has worked on some of Clipper Construction’s most challenging projects, including large-scale commercial buildings and industrial facilities. His attention to detail and dedication to quality have made him a valuable asset to the team.
