Each of the five units features clean white interiors which are brightened up by the natural light that comes in through the large windows. Project Description

This project transformed the amenity spaces of Fairchase Apartments, located at 4411 Dixie Hill Rd. in Fairfax, VA. The renovation aims to create a modern and inviting atmosphere that reflects the best of suburban living.

A complete overhaul modernized the leasing office, fitness center, lobby, resident lounge, and kitchen. This included the demolition and removal of outdated finishes, followed by the installation of new flooring, lighting systems, and modern fixtures. Walls were painted with fresh, neutral tones, and select areas were accentuated with bold accent colors to create a dynamic visual experience.

The newly renovated spaces have key features and design elements that promote a sense of community and well-being. The leasing office now features a welcoming and open layout, while the fitness center received upgraded equipment and a motivating atmosphere. The resident lounge offers comfortable seating, a designated co-working area, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for hosting gatherings.
